December 16, 2022 - Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 21st day of December, 2022 at 9:30am in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine, Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve and pay weekly expenses.
2. Approve current Payroll.
3. Public comments on Agenda item.
4. Discuss and possibly approve the Pay and Performance Bond for the Sheriff’s Department Roof Project in the amount of approximately $4,458.00.
5. Discuss and possibly approve the contract between Shelby County and Centurion Industries Inc. doing business as A-Lert Roof Systems in the amount of $395,775.00.
6. Adjourn.
