January 3, 2025 - Notice is hereby given that a Regular meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 8th day of January, 2025 at 9:30am in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve the minutes of December 4th Special Meeting, December 11th Regular Meeting, December 18th Special Meeting, December 25th Special Meeting and December 31st Special Meeting of the Shelby County Commissioner’s Court.
2. Approve and pay weekly expenses.
3. Approve Officers Report.
4. Public comments on Agenda item.
5. Approve the bonds of the incoming elected and appointed County officers.
6. Discuss and possibly take action to repair the leaks in the Courthouse foyer.
7. Review the quote and possibly approve the purchase of AEDs for the County Courthouse.
8. Discuss and possibly approve to advertise for bids for one (1) new haul truck for PCT 3.
9. Commissioners' Court Reports: These are for informational purposes only. Any action that needs to be taken on the basis of these reports will be place on future agenda for action.
