March 7, 2017 - Shelby County Ducks Unlimited Green Wing Day is set for April 8, 2017 at Weldon Boles Cabin on CR 1006 (Old City Lake Rd), Center, Texas. Green Wind Day is sponsored by Shelby Veterinary Associates.
Registration for the event begins at 8:30am with Greenwing Fun day starting at 10am. Activties include raffles, dog demo, gun safety, hunter safety, and auction. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Junior Greenwings are younger Ducks Unlimited members. By joining DU, they participate in the conservation, restoration and management of wetlands and associated habitats for North America's waterfowl. These habitats also benefit other wildlife and people.
Come enjoy a great outing with your kids, bring their neighbor kids and enjoy a late spring day at the wonderful Weldon Boles Ranch.
Games, Raffles, Fun, Great Kid Food and an educational but entertaining outing with our future DU Leaders and duck hunters!
