October 18, 2021 - And the winner is… Michael Tran with Sunflower Farms! Shelby County Outreach Ministries (SCOM) would like to congratulate Mr. Tran, who won the 2021 Kawasaki Mule SX. The Raffle was a tremendous success and will allow us to continue feeding the hungry and assisting the needy. Shelby County Outreach Ministries would like to thank everyone who either purchased a ticket, sponsored the event, or donated to our ATV Fundraiser this year!
