February 12, 2019 - Shelby County Outreach Ministries, Inc. are selling raffle tickets! The raffle is for a 10x16 Steel Building. The winner will be drawn on Valentines Day, February 14, 2018. The winner is responsible for moving costs. Tickets are $20 each or 6 tickets for $100.
