January 7, 2024 - The Shelby County Sheriff’s Department has confirmed the arrest of four individuals following a warrant service in Tenaha on Thursday, January 4, 2024.
According to Lt. Chad Hooper, law enforcement officials served the warrants on a Houston Street residence in Tenaha and those arrested include Jason George, 26, of Garrison; Kelsey Frazier, 35, of Timpson; Douglas Hooper, 66, of Tenaha; Deborah Jacobs, 58, of Tenaha

Recovered were a variety of narcotics including methamphetamine, cocaine, and marijuana of unspecified quantities.
According to the Shelby County Jail booking information, Douglas Hooper was charged with manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, felony 1; Possession of marijuana, misdemeanor b; and possession of a dangerous drug, misdemeanor a; Deborah Jacobs was charged with manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, felony 1; Possession of marijuana, misdemeanor b; and possession of a dangerous drug, misdemeanor a; Kelsey Frazier was charged with possession of a controlled substance PG1 1G<4G, felony 3; and Jason George was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor c; and possession of item/drug in a correctional facility.
