March 14, 2015 - Shelby County Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors, friends, and family gathered at Southern Seasons Thursday, March 12th to welcome and congratulate Shana Brittain, the new owner, at a new member ribbon cutting.
Shana Brittain bought Southern Seasons back in January from Mindy Smotherman who opened the business in 2009. Southern Seasons has been a charming addition to the top of the hill in Shelbyville and Brittain is excited to continue filling Southern Seasons with irresistibles and indulgences.
Brittain announced during the ribbon cutting event she will be adding a full floral shop this summer which keeps with the Southern Seasons tradition of continuing to grow and offer its customers a destination shopping experience with luxury home décor, gifts, garden art, and gourmet foods which includes fresh, rich flavors and superlative quality cheeses, chocolates, mixes, and so much more. She shop also offers wedding shower and house warming selections as well as a wife's registry.
