February 9, 2026 - The Shelby County Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors invite the community to celebrate the Grand Opening of the newest member, 4C’s Accessories & Stuff, LaRue pre-Loved Authentic Luxury Bags and Artful Excell Studio, a collaborative boutique experience. It is a place where style, creativity & heart come together, bringing you unique, meaningful and beautifully crafted products all in one place.
Together they offer: custom gifts such as t-shirts, bags & personalized items; handcrafted wreaths; memorial and keepsake items; delicious baked goods; pre-loved authentic luxury bags (LaRue), and professional and creative photography (Artful Excell Studio).
Whether you are shopping for a heartfelt gift, a statement luxury piece or something custom-made just for you, there is something special waiting for everyone. Support local, shop unique and experience the difference.
The boutiques are located at 110 Logansport Street, next to Westech. They are open Tuesday thru Friday 10:00am-6:00pm and Saturdays 10:00am – 7:00pm.
