September 20, 2024 - Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the governing body of the City of Timpson will be held on the 24th day of September 2024 at 5:30 PM at the Timpson Volunteer Fire Dept, 305 Jacob St., Timpson, Texas, at which time the following subjects will be considered, to-wit:
1. Discuss and possibly take action: Approve Minutes from the EDC meeting held Sept
23, 2024.
2. Discuss and possibly take action: Discuss and consider adopting the 2024-2025 Proposed Tax Rate. Read the proposed ordinance regarding the proposed tax rate and percentage of increase, if any.
3. Adjourn.
The Council reserves the right to retire into executive session concerning any of the items listed on this agenda whenever it is considered necessary and is legally justified under the Open Meetings Act.
