- Discuss and take action: The EDC will review and award the bid for the 2016 Street Project. This will include the repaving of one block of Todd, Bremond and Timpson Streets from US 59 to the concrete on Railroad Ave.
- Discuss and take action: The EDC will consider the appointment of Debra Smith to the EDC Board. The board will consider naming Debra Smith, to the position of Treasurer. (same motion)
- Discuss and take action: The EDC will consider spending $1,000.00 (as budgeted) on entertainment during Timpson Frontier Days as allowed by 4B tax.
