Timpson Frontier Days Event Schedule

Click for FlierJune 30, 2017 - Timpson Frontier Days is in full swing this weekend with the kick-off event Thursday, June 29, 2017 of the Sonny Tippett Memorial Gospel program and the carnival now ongoing. Friday night, June 30 will feature entertainment on the square from Curtis Daniel and Broken Vessels. Saturday, July 1 will be a day of fun in the sun filled with a variety of activities and Sunday, July 2, 2017 will wrapup Timpson Frontier Days 2017 with a community service.

The following is the Timpson Frontier Days Schedule provided by the TImpson Area Chamber of Commerce:

Friday, June 30th
Carnival open from 6pm until 10pm - Armband tickets honored
Entertainment Downtown
Bring your lawn chairs, enjoy the music and even do some dancing if you like.
Curtis Daniel starts 6pm to 7:30pm on the downtown square with Broken Vessels to follow.

Saturday, July 1st
9am - Line up for parade at Timpson High School on Bear Drive
10am - Parade begins and travels the square
11am - Opening ceremonies, welcome prayer, introduction of guests, food & craft booths open, Cowboy of the Year presentation with entertainment on stage throughout the day
11am to 12pm - Car show
11:30 to 3pm - Games
1pm Rhythm Cloggers
Carnival all day with armbands honored 6pm to 10pm
4pm - 7even Gospel Group
6pm - Twirlers and Cheerleaders
7pm - Curtis Daniel Entertainment, enjoy Curtis Daniel country, it's real and it's live in Timpson, Tx
8pm - Cake auction
9pm - Street dance, Leavin' Sundown with James Bonamy

Ongoing activities throughout Frontier Days: food booths, craft booths, carnival fun & singing all day long.

Community service downtown on the square 6pm under the tent, downtown. Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy worshiping our Lord together. A community that can worship together can live together.
