November 11, 2024 - (Album) - Timpson ISD held their annual Veterans Day program in the Timpson ISD Event Center on November 11, 2024.
The program featured the Timpson Bear Band and was well attended by a number of veterans who were honored and individually recognized during the program.

Those veterans who were present on the floor of the events center were escorted in by members of the Timpson Bear Cheer squad.
Timpson High School students posted the colors, which was followed by Sherri Strahan performing the National Anthem.
Each veteran was recognized and their name was announced by LeeAnn Masterson, Elementary Principal.

- Mihaela Munday, Romanian Army
- Larry Ramsey, Marines
- Derrick Roberts, Army
- Vernett Richardson, Navy
- Willie West, Army
- Marvin Fred Wilcox, Marines
- Wayne Wimberly, Air Force
- Ron Renick, Navy
Kindergarteners and Senior students presented flags to each of the veterans and fourth graders also presented them with letters they wrote in the week preceding the event.
Youth Advisory Council members then engaged in a flag folding ceremony.
The program came to a conclusion with final remarks from Superintendent Dr. Mid Johnson.
