"In this new facility students will be offered the chance to gain many college and career hours as they prepare for a successful career. They will have the chance to earn Associate's Degrees, college hours and certificates preparing them for a greater chance of success in the world."

Other projects across the campus include renovating and expanding the current band hall, building a new softball complex, playground, bus barn and updating many other areas across the campus and district.
"As we look into the future, let us look to where we have been and seek vigorously where we are going. Let us never forget the path to greatness is filled with hard work and will never really end, but will reap rewards of greatness for our future community and children," said Johnson.
As students and faulty looked on Timpson ISD board of trustees, assisted by students, grabbed shovels and dug dirt to signify the groundbreaking of progress into the future with the establishment of the new facility and bringing the event to a close.
