June 6, 2018 - Toledo Bend Retired Teachers presents scholarships and certificates: Nina Smith and Gloria Holmes, members of Toledo Bend Retired Teachers
Association, presented a certificate of achievement and a $250 scholarship to Azavion H. Simmons and Nicholas Turner II, graduates of Hemphill High School. Toledo Bend RTA is the local unit (of the Texas Retired Teachers Association) comprised of retired teachers from San Augustine, Sabine, and Shelby Counties.
