Applicant must be willing to provide service in any or all the following counties: Angelina, Jasper, Newton, Tyler, San Augustine, and Shelby. Proposals can be submitted by email to CFO at Ireynolds@tccainc.org, or by mail addressed to TCCA-Lawn Proposal, PO Box 1748 Center, TX. 75935.
