January 3, 2019 - Tri-County announces to applicants that additional documents are required in order to receive assistance in 2019.
Applications will be incomplete without these new items.
- Birth certificates for everyone in the household or proof of citizenship.
- A photo ID for anyone 16 or older: School records, shoot records, etc for anyone in household under the age of 16.
- If the name on a birth certificate is different than your photo ID, you must provide documents showing why the name is different (Example: a valid marriage license).
- Driver Licenses will be required and must show the same address as the utility bill.
These are new requirements for 2019. The same information needed for 2018 will still be required.
