July 14, 2020 - Tri County Head Start is now accepting applications for the 2020-2021 school year. Children 6 weeks to 5 years old are accepted.
You will need your child's birth certificate, insurance card, Immunization record, WIC card (If applicable), and proof of income (tax return, W2, check stubs, SSI/SSD award letters, etc) for the past 12 months to do an application.
An application Pick UP box has been set up at Old Elementary School, 214 Nacogdoches Street, Center, TX 75935 at the Family Advocate Office Entrance. Applications can be picked up daily 8am until 4pm and can be returned in the application drop box on Tuesday's 8am to 3pm, along with a COPY OF ALL the required documents.
