March 25, 2019 - Tri-County Headstart is now taking applications for the 2019-2020 program year. We accept children 6 weeks to 5 years old after September 1. To complete an application you will need a your child's birth certificate, insurance card, WIC card (If Applicable), shot record and proof of income such as W2, Tax return, SSI/SSD award letter, check stubs, etc..
