December 12, 2023 - San Augustine has gone all-out this season to LIGHT UP our downtown! The businesses and individual owners have created magnificent window decorations. In addition, through our “Adopt a Window for Christmas” program almost all the store fronts are dressed for the occasion. Civic groups, Churches, Care facilities, and individuals have all come together to create a Christmas Card for residents and visitors. Bring your family and friends. Come at night to enjoy the bright lights in the windows and on the courthouse square. While shopping don’t miss out on a daytime stroll to drink in the delightful details of the displays and window paintings. Look for signs in the participating windows naming the creative partners. You will not be disappointed!
