November 16, 2021 - Panola College and Stephen F. Austin State University announced an academic partnership in which students have the opportunity to complete an associate degree and Bachelor of Science in Nursing concurrently.
October 27, 2021 - Panola College will host its annual Veterans Day Dinner on November 11 at 6 p.m. in the Frances B. Ross Ballroom on the Carthage campus. The event is free of charge for any East Texas service member and one guest.
Coordinating the event are two service organizations at Panola College: The Green Jackets, who serve the College and community as goodwill ambassadors, and the Student Government Association. The event is sponsored by the Green Jackets and SGA, along with area individuals, organizations, and businesses.
September 23, 2021 - On Wednesday, Sept. 22, the 2021-2022 Panola College Foundation board gathered in the Frances B. Ross Ballroom on the Panola College campus to conduct a quarterly business meeting and to vote on the acceptance of one new board member, Mrs. Toni Biggs.
September 13,2021 - Panola College is one of the best colleges in the nation to work for, according to a new survey by the Great Colleges to Work For program. The College has received this honor for 10 years in a row.
July 23, 2021 - Panola College is offering new classes in the Fall and scholarships are available! Classes include Certified Nurse Aide, Pharmacy Tech, and EKG and are available in Center, Carthage, Marshall, and Jefferson.

June 18, 2021 - Panola College’s Student Occupational Therapy Association (SOTA) Club donated $20,501.15 to the City of Carthage. The funds will be put toward College View Park, the all-inclusive park to be built on Bird Drive.
May 24, 2021 - Panola College is proud to announce the students named to the President’s and Dean’s Lists for the Spring 2021 semester.
To qualify for the President’s List, students must complete the semester with a GPA between 3.8 and 4.0 with a minimum of 12 semester credit hours. Only courses applying toward an associate’s degree or certificate are included in the computation.
