August 29, 2016 - The 14th ranked Panola College Fillies opened their season with a bang, knocking off 16th ranked Hill College in four sets (18-25, 25-22, 25-19, 25-13) and then taking down #15 Missouri St. West Plains (26-24, 10-25, 28-26, and 25-23).

August 23, 2016 - Senior citizens who want to learn more about computer security and privacy issues may want to sign up for CyberSafe, a free class set for Tuesday and Wednesday, Sept. 6-7 on the Panola College campus in Carthage. The class will meet from 6-9 p.m. on Tuesday, and from 1-4 p.m. on Wednesday.

This class is just one of an array of course offerings geared to the community that are on the fall Continuing Education schedule.

August 17, 2016 - The Panola College Foundation is excited to announce their Designer Purse Bingo fundraising event on Thursday, October 20th at the John D. Windham Civic Center in Center, Texas. The doors will open at 6:30pm, and the games will begin at 7:00pm. Get ready for a fabulous night playing bingo for a chance to win name brand designer purses.

August 9, 2016 - The Panola College Workforce and Continuing Education division is offering a Phlebotomy program beginning August 22, 2016.  The class meets Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:15 p.m. on the Carthage Campus.  Preregistration is required.
