August 27, 2020 - A Called Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of Tenaha ISD will be held September 3, 2020, beginning at 5:30 PM in the High School Cafetorium located at 138 College Street, Tenaha, Texas 75974.

The subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are listed below. Items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown on this meeting notice. Unless removed from the consent agenda, items identified within the consent agenda will be acted on at one time. 

August 26, 2020 - Alert! Out of an abundance of caution and a genuine effort to keep everyone safe, the decision has been made to close Tenaha ISD Thursday, August 27th due hurricane Laura pending approach to our area. Note: There will not be any remote classes .

Don't forget that Friday is already a school holiday and the Tigers game at Honey Grove is still on. We look forward to seeing our students back to normal on Monday, August 31 with a "Tiger Day." Tiger Days have scheduled 2:00 PM releases.....

August 10, 2020 - The Tenaha ISD announced today it will continue its policy to operate the Community Eligibility Program (CEP) under the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program for the 2020-2021 school year. Schools qualifying to operate CEP serve breakfast and lunch to all children at no charge and eliminate the collection of meal applications for free, reduced-price, and paid student meals. This new approach reduces burdens for both families and school administrators and helps ensure that students receive nutritious meals.
 

August 7, 2020 - Tenaha ISD asks parents please complete a survey for EACH school aged child in your home. Deadline to complete is Friday, August 7, 2020. Click here for the survey.

July 30, 2020 - Season Tickets set to go on sale Tuesday, August 4

Our Tigers are getting ready to get back into action for the 2020 season and are on a mission!  With that TISD is making preparations to open sales of season tickets starting next Tuesday, August 4 at High Noon!!
