Tenaha 4th Graders Enjoy Testing on Regions of Texas

September 18, 2017 - Tenaha ISD 4th graders in Ms. Jamie Bickham's class had fun learning the regions of Texas. The test was even sweeter as the students decorated cookies to represent the four regions which are Mountains and Basins, Gulf Coastal Plains, Great Plains, and Central Plains.

August 18, 2017 - (Nomination Form) - On May 17, 2005, the Tenaha Independent School District Board of Trustees approved the creation of the Tenaha Tiger Hall of Honor in order to recognize those individuals that have distinguished themselves as past or current educators, alumni, or supporters of the Tenaha school system. Following are the rules:

Tenaha Youth Center Begins Summer Meals Program

July 10, 2017 - Important News: Monday, July 10, the youth center has begin its summer meals program.

We will be open from about 11am until 1:30pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Free sloppy joes for the first day. Once we have a good idea of how many to fix for, we will offer something like grilled burgers.
