City of Joaquin Special Called Meeting March 3rd Agenda

February, 26, 2021 - The City Council of Joaquin will meet in special called meeting Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at 4pm at the Joaquin City Hall located at 124 North Preston, Joaquin, Texas.

1. Call to order, establish quorum & welcome guest.

2. Invocation & Pledge of Allegiance.

3. Council will hold a closed Executive Session Meeting

4. Council reconvenes & possible action on matters discussed in executive session

City of Joaquin Rescinds Boil Water Notice

February 25, 2021 - The City of Joaquin has lifted their boil water notice as of February 25, 2021. Customers are no longer required to boil water prior to consumption.

February 16, 2021 - On February 16, 2021 the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) required our public water system, City of Joaquin, to issue a Boil Water Notice (BWN) to inform our customers that due to loss of pressure, water from our system must be boiled prior to consumption.

February 19, 2021 - Notice is hereby given of a drawing to determine the order in which the names of candidates are to be printed on ballot for the election held on May 1, 2021 in Joaquin, Texas. The drawing will be held at 5:45 pm Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Joaquin City Hall, 124 N Preston, Joaquin, Texas.
