Timpson Area Chamber Announces 2022 Miss Frontier Days Queen, Duchess

June 20, 2022 - Congratulations to the 2022 Miss Frontier Days Queen Haylee Eaves and 2022 Miss Frontier Days Duchess Catherine Searcy.

Paul Smith, who is the Timpson Area Chamber of Commerce President, expressed appreciation, “These two young ladies stepped up to help carry on a long lasting tradition that has been dormant for 13 years. I believe these two young ladies will represent Timpson with grace, hometown pride, and honor. They are very intelligent and confident young women and it was a pleasure being able to spend the morning with them.”

TACC Invites Everyone To Join Annual Homecoming Parade

August 31, 2021 - Mark you calendars! Timpson Area Chamber of Commerce (TACC) is happy to announce the homecoming parade and pep rally Friday September 17, 2021 at 2pm. Parade is open to all that would like to participate in any way you wish. Be at the school by 1:30 for line up if you will be entering the parade. Cars, horses, floats or walking, everyone is welcome! Game kick off at 7:30 so get there early in time for pregame homecoming activities. We look forward to everyone cheering for our Timpson Bears! Go Bears!

Running M Feed, Seed & Tack Ribbon Cutting

October 20, 2015 - Timpson Area Chamber of Commerce welcomes Running M Feed, Seed & Tack as one of our newest Chamber members. They are located at 186 US Highway 84 West in the old Texaco station on corner of Hwy 84. Shelby Tullos will be operating this and welcomes everyone to come by and see her new store.

Shelby looks forward to supplying Timpson and the area community for their feed supply and barn needs. Timpson Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to come join us for The Grand opening ribbon cutting Friday, October 30th at 3pm.


Timpson Halloween Experience, Zombie Walk

October 16, 2015 - Starting at 8 pm October 31st, Saturday Halloween night Timpson Citizens invite you to join them for a Halloween Zombie Walk starting from the downtown plaza.

Dress as Zombies on Halloween night and join us for a Walking dead experience. We will walk around the square; walk down the road between Volunteer Ambulance Service and downtown building. We will walk down that road then turn around and walk back to the square.

Timpson "Trunk or Treat" Event at Downtown Plaza

October 14, 2015 - Timpson Ministerial Alliance & The Timpson Area Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a “TRUNK or TREAT” event on the Downtown Plaza. Trunk or Treat starts at 6:00 pm Saturday, October 31st.

Prizes for the Best 2 costumes are $25 each and Best decorated Trunk or Vehicle is $50. (Prize money donated by Mayor Debra Smith). Bring your little Ghosts & Goblins to Downtown Fall Festival and let them fill their bags with treats and enjoy the festivities.
