April 3, 2018 - The Center High School presentation of Noises Off scheduled for 7:00 is cancelled. Predicted storms could make travel hazardous. Our administration is recommending caution.
Regretfully, the show, which has already been rescheduled, will not be presented this year.
April 2, 2018 - The theatre presentation originally scheduled for this evening has been postponed to April 3 at 7 p.m. following a change in the baseball schedule.

March 27, 2018 - The 2018 Center ISD Boys Soccer Playoff T-Shirts are now available. Shirts are $20 and are black short sleeve 50/50 with two-color ink on front and back.
Orders are due by Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at 1pm to any CISD campus front office.

March 26, 2018 - The Center Boys Soccer team will compete in Bi-District Playoff on Thursday, March 29th at 7pm. The Riders versus East Chambers game will be played at Lumberton High School with entry gate prices of aduts $5 and students $3.
March 26, 2018 - Witt Dockens finished in a 3-way tie for 1st place in his weight division at the State Meet this Saturday, March 24th at the 2018 Texas High School Powerlifting Association Meet. All three top lifters had a total of 1,550 lbs and were placed according to the lifters weight. Because Dockens weighed the most out of the three, he was dropped to 3rd place. His individual lifts were 615 lbs on squat, 405 lbs on bench press, and 530 lbs on dead lift 530.
March 26, 2018 - The UIL Academic Team and the First Baptist Church hosted the District 16-4A District Contest Friday.
Center High School wound up Second Place overall (trophy is located in the CHS front office) and qualified 11 kids to the regional tournament next month.
Eugene Nunez is the District Champion in Accounting and the team of Nunez, Jessenia Salinas, Amerison Shrestha, and David Palacios was second overall.
In Calculator Applications, Joshua Clark placed 3rd and Amerison Shrestha as fourth.
