August 20, 2018 - Piney Woods Photographic Society (PWPS) held their regular monthly meeting this past Saturday, August 18, 2018 at the First United Methodist Church on Porter Street in Center, Texas. With a large attendance this month, the voting for the "Water" Challenge with 27 photos was a challenge in itself. The workshop featured "Shooting Architecture" with our in-house Architecture expert giving a very good talk on techniques and procedures. Thank you Lawrence Davis. If you have a Halloween costume in good, clean condition, that you no longer need or want, your library can put it to good use!
Please drop any Halloween costumes, accessories, or even craft supplies, fabrics, etc., off at the library anytime in the next two weeks to help us prepare for our new Halloween Costume Making Group!
