Center Garden Club Teaches Floral Design to Elementary Students

April 4, 2017 - Approximately forty-five students participated in a hands-on floral design activity under the leadership of Center Garden Club members Ann Hitt, Janette Wittmann, Cherry Jones, and Carolyn Bounds.

Pictured are just a few of Ms Corbell's, Ms. Crouch's, and Ms. Dutton's classes who learned about floral design while in Ms Hayes and Ms. Barbee's Science Labs today at CES in preparation for Center Garden Club Flower Show Friday, April 7th, at Center Community House.

Roughrider Tennis to District April 10, Results from Home Tournament

April 4, 2017 - The UIL District Tournament has a bad weather day of April 11th if the team does not complete in the tournament on Monday, April 10th. The 1st and 2nd place finishers in the Varsity brackets will advance to the UIL Region tournament held the following week at Longview HS April 18-19.

Don't Forget: CES Blood Drive Thursday from 11-4

March 29, 2017 - Center Elementary School will host a blood drive on Thursday, March 30, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Donors will be able to sponsor any child at CES. That child will receive a JR. Leaders Recognition Medal, and the classroom in each grade level with the most sponsors will win a pizza party!

March 29, 2017 - Center HS Theatre and Culinary Arts invite you to their dinner theatre production of Anne Frank and Me, Thursday, April 6. Dinner will be at 6pm and show will follow. Seating is limited to 65 guests. The dinner and the show is $10 for all guests.
