TxDOT Pre-treating Roadways for Potential Freezing Weather

January 5, 2017 - Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Lufkin District will be pre-treating roadways for the remainder of the day because of possible incoming freezing rain/sleet/snow later tonight.

Jury Cancelation for Monday, January 9

January 5, 2017 - The jury that has been summoned for Monday, January 9, 2017 for the 273rd District Court Honorable Charles R. Mitchell presiding has been cancelled due to the scheduled cases being resolved or passed.

Anyone receiving a summons for that day is released from jury service until they receive a future summons.
