January 7, 2021 - Taekwondo students at Self Defense America tested for new ranks. At the exam students are tested on their knowledge and skills. Once they have successfully completed the exam they received new strikes, blocks, kicks, stances, terminology and self defense.
January 5, 2020 - The Tenaha Tigers' soccer season is underway! The girls team started off the season with a win against Palestine Westwood 4-0.

January 4, 2021 - On October 31, 2020 The Lil' Dragons at Self Defense America tested for new ranks. Theses students performed strikes, blocks, kicks and board breaks to move to their next ranks. We are pleased with their progress.

The Tenaha Lady Tigers, and the Tigers, each took District 23 2A wins at home on Saturday as they competed in varsity basketball competition with visiting Timpson High School.
The Lady Tigers found themselves tied 12-12 with the Lady Bears at the end the first quarter of play.
The Center Roughriders Varsity Boys Basketball Team defeated the West Orange Stark Mustangs by a 53-47 score on Wednesday. The game was a close non-conference affair which saw West Orange Stark leading by a 14-12 score at the end of the opening stanza.
Both JV and Varity Tenaha Tigers Boys and Girls basketball teams from Tenaha High School competed at Gary High School on Tuesday for District 23 Class 2A competition.

The Center Lady Roughriders Varsity Basketball Team took an impressive 61-27 win on the road against the Hemphill lady Hornets on Monday. The non-district win improved Center’s record to 6-3.
