Timpson’s Alyssa Parks Selected for Texas All-State Band

January 16, 2019 - The Association of Texas Small School Bands is pleased to announce the selection of the 2019 ATSSB All-State Band. More than 10,000 high school band students from across Texas auditioned in twenty-two different regions for a place in their respective all-region bands.

FFA News - Timpson FFA had a great turnout at the Carlisle FFA Jackpot Show on Saturday, January 12, 2019. Timpson FFA had 16 head of cattle and 1 goat in attendance. Exhibitors were April Ramsey (11th), Ally Kimbro (8th), Baylor Kimbro (7th), Cale Cornelius (7th), Keelie McDonald (7th), Mayson Harbison(5th), and Brecken Kimbro(3rd).

TLB Volleyball News - TLB Volleyball would like to say congratulations to the Timpson Lady Bears who have earned the high honor of being on either the Texas Association of Volleyball Coaches Academic All State or the All State team. The following players were selected:

Academic All State team: Sara Duke, Emily Garcia, Madelyn Ramsey, Kamryn Courtney, Sadie Ramsey, and Kaleigh Timmons.

All State team: Kamryn Courtney and Brylee Behrens.

TLB Volleyball Athletes Receive TGCA Honors – TLB Volleyball is very proud to announce that Emily Garcia, Sara Duke and Madelyn Ramsey were named to the TGCA All State Academic Volleyball Team. We are very proud of the hard work and sacrifice this senior class made on the court and more importantly in the classroom. The criteria for receiving this honor is that the student athletes must be seniors and have a 95 GPA or higher. Congratulations ladies!!!
