April 20, 2015 (Album 1, Album 2) - Center Garden Club held their annual flower show at the Community House in Center on Friday, April 17, 2015. Plants covered the building with entries from garden club members and Center Elementary School students.
The Center Ecoteers, 3rd Grade Class, Center Elementary School featured exhibit was "Touch of Class." The students each had their own arrangements and posed proudly by their finished product for Shelby County Today to photograph. The Youth Award of the exhibit as well as a blue ribbon was presented to Julie Bird. Each of the other participants also received blue ribbons and those students are as follow: Ashlyn Wall; Riley Wall; Ava Flores; Brannon Denby; Braylon Gandy; Colby Lout; Reese Cockrell; Sayre Hall; and Damien Horton.
