February 7, 2022 - A neighborhood located off Arcadia Road in Center was struck by a thief early Thursday, February 3, after 1am
The suspected individual stole cash and property from at least five vehicles in the neighborhood and was caught on at least one security system.
That very neighbor is offering a reward to help catch the individual responsible.
