FM 1645 Near CR 1490 Scene of Single-Vehicle Crash

December 8, 2022 - FM 1645 near CR 1490 was the scene of a single-vicicle crash where the truck involved flipped end over end at least once.

Upon arrival at the scene of the crash December 6, 2022, Shelby Couty Sheriff's Deputies requested emergency medical services (EMS) to respond for possible treatment of the driver.

According to Texas Department of Public Safety State Trooper Tim Grace, sometime just before 5pm a grey 2011 Toyota Tundra driven by Kelsey Frazier, 34, of Tenaha was westbound on FM 1645. 

The Toyota traveled off the roadway to the right and struck a culvert, flipping end over end, and coming to rest upright.

Frazier was transported from the scene by EMS personnel for treatment of possible injuries.

She was issued citations for failure to drive in a single lane and no driver's license.

Shelby County Sheriff's Deputies assisted at the scene with traffic control and Josh Tipton, Constable Precinct 5, was also on scene.
