January 24, 2024 - Tom Bellmyer, Commissioner for Precinct 4, reports as of 12:55pm Wednesday, January 24, 2024, CR 4323 has water over the roadway at the bridges for Risinger and Flat Fork Creeks.
It is unsafe for cars to pass at this time.
