November 15, 2024 - Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 20th day of November, 2024 at 9:30 am in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve weekly expenses.
2. Approve Payroll.
3. Public comments on agenda item.
4. Discuss and possibly sponsor the Deep East Texas Legislative Reception in Austin in January.
5. Discuss and take action on Financial Intelligence written proposal for new cloud based financial system software.
6. Discuss and possibly approve a request from PCT 4 Constable Taylor Fanguy to purchase a Radar for the Precinct patrol vehicle.
7. COMMISSIONERS’ COURT REPORTS: These are for informational purposes only. Any action that needs to be taken on the basis of these reports will be placed on a future agenda for action.
