February 15, 2025 - Special Weather Statement was issued by the National Weather Service, Shreveport LA at 4:23pm, Saturday, February 15, 2025.
A line of strong thunderstorms will impact southeastern Nacogdoches, southeastern Angelina, northwestern Sabine, San Augustine and Shelby Counties and northwestern Sabine and southwestern De Soto parishes until 5:15pm.
At 4:23pm, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorms extending from 9 miles southeast of Logansport to 15 miles south of Huntington, or extending from 16 miles southwest of Mansfield to 16 miles southeast of Diboll, moving east at 25 mph.
Radar indicated wind gusts up to 40 mph. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Center, Milam, Huntington, San Augustine, Logansport, Joaquin, Converse, Bland Lake, Macune, Neuville, Rosevine, Patroon, Shelbyville, Etoile, Zavalla, Chireno, Huxley, Broaddus, Stanley, and Calgary.
