Eubank shared, "One reason I stayed so long at General Shelters was because of Mr. James Campbell. He was a wonderful man to work for. He would come down to the plant and walk-through and shake every man's hand and speak to everyone, and he always had a smile on his face. Besides Mr. Campbell, it's a wonderful group of guys that I've worked with and I couldn't have asked for better people from management all the way down." Eubank was humbled by the show of appreciation and affection shown by his co-workers which included gifts from the company as well as gifts from friends.

After retirement, Eubank plans to enjoy fishing with his wife, Cindy, as well as spending more time with family. Hunting, fishing, and camping have all been activities he loves and he looks forward to having the freedom to spend more time doing them now that he is “Licensed to Chill.”
