May 30, 2025 - Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 4th day of June, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve and pay weekly expenses.
2. Approve and pay current payroll.
3. Public comments on Agenda item.
4. Discuss and possibly approve the Texas Association of Counties Blue Cross Blue Shield Group
Health Insurance plan for FY2026.
5. Discuss and possibly accept the agreement letter from Center Police Dept for their 1/3 payment of purchasing Magnet Forensic digital software to use in investigations that require extraction of cell phone data.
6. Commissioners’ Court Reports: These are for informational purposes only. Any action that needs to be taken on the basis of these reports will be placed on a future agenda for action.
