July 16, 2025 - The Joaquin Economic Development Corporation will meet in regular session on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 5:45pm at Joaquin City Hall at 130 Steve Hughes Drive, Joaquin, Texas.
The following items are on the agenda for appropriate action:

3. Discuss and take action: Approve previous meeting minutes.
4. Discuss and take action: Approve financials
5. Discuss and take action: Review 5C Utility Road Maintenance Contract in conjunction with the Road Maintenance Project and possible approve to grant funds to the City for road maintenance via contract.
6. Adjourn.
The Council reserves the right to retire into executive session concerning any of the items listed on this agenda whenever it is considered necessary and is legally justified under the Open Meetings Act.
