July 17, 2025 - The City Council of Joaquin will meet for a Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 2pm at Joaquin City Hall located at 130 Steve Hughes Drive, Joaquin, Texas.

9. Consider and take action: Review and approve Petition for the Shelby County Emergency Services District No. 1.
10. Consider and take action: Approve 2nd part of contract with 5C Utility.
11. Consider and take action: Approve new meters for Paxton and Geronimo RV Park.
12. Consider and take action: Approve bid on removing bees from tree in park.
13. Consider and take action: Review advertising in the JISD football program
14. Consider and take action: Approve of sharing a one day RVS training with Paxton.
15. Consider and take action: Approve Ordinance for revised utility rates.
16. Consider and take action: Approval to order the appraisal for the community center.
17. Consider and take action: Review Interlocal Agreements as required by TML Risk Pool Insurance and Approve insurance proposal from TML Risk Pool for Property, G/L and Auto.
18. Consider and take action: Review and Approve quote for health insurance through TML, review actions needed for personnel policy regarding insurance.
