August 14, 2025 - Notice is hereby given of a Regular Meeting of Joaquin City Council to be held on August 19, 2025 in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, 130 Steve Hughes Drive, Joaquin, Texas, beginning at 6pm for the purpose of considering the following agenda items.
The following items are on the agenda for appropriate action:

5. Open Forum. Open Forum is an opportunity for citizens to speak about items not listed on the agenda. In order to address the City Council, please complete the Open Forum form and submit it to the City Secretary Prior to the start of the meeting. In accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the City Council shall not discuss, deliberate, or make any decisions on items discussed during the Open Forum. Comments are limited to 3 minutes per person.

11. Discuss and consider taking action on selling 2015 F150.
12. Discuss and consider taking action to exchange collateral and sign Resolution

14. Discuss and consider taking action regarding a resolution for Shelby County Tax Assessor-Collector to designate an individual authorized to calculate various tax rates
15. Discuss and consider taking action on review and propose 2025 tax rate for public hearing date
