October 14, 2025 - It’s that wonderful time of year again — the leaves are falling, the air is crisp, and Pine Grove is thrilled to announce our Annual Fall and Halloween Festival happening on Friday, October 31, 2025, from 10am to 3pm!
This year’s festival will be bigger and better than ever, packed with fun, food, laughter, and community spirit. We’ll have a variety of local vendors, exciting games, crafts, and seasonal activities that residents, families, and community friends can all enjoy together!
Back by popular demand — the one and only Waffles with a Twist Food Truck! Come and treat yourself to their incredible sweet and savory waffle creations made fresh on-site!
Special Attraction:
We’re also thrilled to feature a Petting Zoo this year, thanks to our wonderful friends at Roselake Ranch! Come meet and interact with their adorable animals — including rabbits, chicks, a miniature horse and donkey, a calf, an alpaca, and more! It’s a heartwarming experience for all ages that’s sure to be a festival favorite!
Special Guests:
We’re excited to welcome the students from Excelsior ISD, who will be joining us to trick-or-treat with our residents! Their cheerful costumes, smiles, and laughter always bring so much joy to our home, and we can’t wait to see them brighten up the halls once again!
Candy Donation Reminder:
To help make this event extra special, we are accepting candy donations through October 27, 2025. Please turn in all donations to the Activity Department by 5pm that day. Every single piece of candy helps us spread more smiles and make the day memorable for our residents and our visiting student!

Our residents don’t have the biggest budgets, so we’re looking for free or very low-cost vendor options. We truly appreciate your kindness and community spirit in helping make this day special for everyone here at The Grove! So, dust off your costumes, grab your friends and family, and join us for a day full of spooky fun, delicious food, adorable animals, and joyful community celebration right here at The Grove!
