March 4, 2026 - My name is Lee Gibbs, and I am running for Mayor of the City of Tenaha. As a lifelong resident and a proud graduate of Tenaha High School, this city is not only my home but also the home of my children and grandchildren.
Over the past several years, we have seen our town face real challenges-deteriorating streets, missing signs, and issues with our water system. I have seen firsthand how these problems affect our daily lives, and I am committed to taking action.
If elected Mayor, I would like to achieve:
- Repairs to our city streets the right way-fixed, not just patched.
- Restore all city street signs and stop signs for safety and order.
- Have our water system fixed to ensure we all have access to clean, reliable water.
I believe Tenaha deserves better, and I am ready to get to work immediately to address these critical issues. Together, we can restore pride in our community and set our town back on the path to growth.
Let's work together to bring Tenaha back to order and build a brighter future for all.
