June 27, 2026 - Friday night in Timpson proved to be a great evening for Timpson Area Chamber of Commerce's Frontier Days 2026.
Frontier Days Gospel singing featuring the Calvery boys took place at the First Baptist Church and as always the Calvery Boys put on a great concert. While the gospel concert was going on, downtown in the streets the carnival came alive full of excitement.
Message & Bailey band was the Frontier Days band that took the stage around 8pm and had people dancing and clapping to good country music. For a Friday night it was a win for Timpson!
Today, Saturday starts with the parade at 10am, car show and carnival again all afternoon. The famous cake auction right after the cheerleaders and twirlers performance. Street dance starts at 8pm with Zach Mason & the Jars. And then, Sunday carnival starts at 1pm followed by Community church at Tie and Timber Lodge.
