Glynn Edward McLeod, 85, a longtime resident of Nederland, Texas, passed away on January 9, 2020 in Beaumont, Texas.
Visitation will be Sunday, January 12, 2020 from 12:30-2:00 p.m. at Mangum Funeral Home in Center, Texas.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. at Mangum Funeral Home with Tim Perkins officiating. Burial will follow at Biggar Cemetery by Mangum Funeral Home.
Glynn was born in Patroon, Texas to Lindsey and Verna McLeod on September 13, 1934. He graduated from Shelbyville High School in 1952. He married Betty George on July 14, 1956. He resided in the Golden Triangle and worked at Texaco for 42 years. Upon retiring, they relocated to Longview, Texas.
Glynn is preceded in death by his parents; his sisters, Ruth Spradley and Dorothy Hull, and his brother, Fred McLeod.
