April 21, 2025 - On April 9th, Center Garden Club made a dedicated donation to the Fannie Brown Booth Library. The donation will be used to purchase children's books featuring the beauty of the natural world.

October 26, 2021 - Center Garden Club met on October 13 at the home of Carolyn Bounds. Following a soup and salad lunch and a short business meeting, members adjourned to participate in a “hands-on” hypertufa workshop for creating molded flower pots.

June 2, 2021 - On May 28, several members of Center Garden Club met with Mayor David Chadwick as he signed a proclamation designating June the 5th-12th, 2021, as National Garden Week. Both Center Garden Club (in affiliation with the National Garden Club) and the City of Center salute all gardeners for it is “gardeners “(in the broadest sense of the word)) who provide our world with food, medicines, building materials, habitats for wildlife, shade, oxygen, clean air and water, recreation, and, of course, beauty and joy.
