June 5, 2024 - Center ISD would also like to celebrate one of our own on a huge accomplishment!
Ms. Damaris Nunez was recognized at the district annual awards ceremony for her successful completion of the National Board Certification program. She was also presented with a check for her designation under Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) for this accomplishment.
Ms. Nunez has been a bilingual teacher with the district for 11 years. She was one of 5 educators in Region 7 that were recognized as having received certification from the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards in December 2023.
