August 9, 2021 - Center ISD is offering Student Immunizations on August 9, 2021 at Middle School Meet the Teacher from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. The clinic will be held in the middle school nurse's office.
ALL students must be up to date in order to start on the first day of school, August 11.

Standard vaccines at each age group if up to date:
Seniors: MCV4 – required for colleges, Men B – a 2 shot series that is the optional 5th strain of meningitis
Incoming 7th graders: MCV4, Tdap, Optional HPV
4 yo shots – DTAP/IPV/MMR/Varicella, Hep A if needed

*If you plan to pay out of pocket, please submit your info! You will put “NA” in all insurance blanks.
