June 14, 2024 - Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 19th day of June, 2024 at 9:30am in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve and pay weekly expenses.
2. Public comments on Agenda item.
3. Approve Current Payroll.
4. Discuss and possibly approve the Certification of the Shelby County Broadband Planning Committee.
5. Discuss and possibly approve the Submission of Application for the Technical Assistance Program to the Texas Comptroller’s Office.
6. Discuss and possibly approve the donation of an oil tanker trailer for Precinct 1.
7. Discuss and possibly award the bid for four (4) cab haul trucks for the Road and Bridge Dept.
8. Discuss and possibly approve a Sanitary Control Easement between Shelby County and the Paxton Water Supply Corporation to comply with requirements recommended by TCEQ.
9. Discuss and possibly take action on upgrade and modernization proposal for the Courthouse Elevator from American Elevator Technologies, Inc.
10. Adjourn.
